KMPP staff are available to provide training on a variety of topics related to methamphetamine use and manufacture. Training topics include meth overview, indicators of meth activity, strategies for prevention, Drug Endangered Children, home visitor safety training, treatment trends, effects on children and many more. Trainings can be tailored to any audience and length of presentation. Please contact the Assistant Coordinator to schedule a presentation.

2008 Kansas Alliance for Drug Endangered Children Conference
Wednesday, September 10th, 2008
Hilton Wichita Airport, Wichita, KS

The conference will feature presentations by Jerry Moe, the National Director of Children's Programs at the Betty Ford Treatment Center, and Dr. Nicolas Taylor, Director of Taylor Behavioral Health. Also featured is a panel entitled "Journey Through the System" that includes an adoptive mother of drug endangered children, a mother in recovery from addiction and a woman who aged out of the foster care system. E-Learning Course Available
KMPP has partnered with Kansas Children's Service League to offer an e-learning course on methamphetamine. The course is self-paced and is approximately 2 hours in length. For more information or register, please view the flyer.
